Moms when did u go back to work after baby and for how many days a week?

I went back when my daughter was 8 months old. It was very difficult and had cried on my first few days. I originally went back for 4 days, however, had a job offer elsewhere which offered a substantial pay rise for 5 days a week and i couldn't decline for my families sake. I am quite fornutae as my mother in law looks after her fulltime so puts my mind at peace knowing shes in trusted hands. I guess nursery care will not match the feeling of leaving your child with someone you already know!
