Hi, On Wednesday night I took my super frozen duck out of the freezer to roast it the next day. Now it's been in the fridge for 24 hours (though still pretty frozen.) My recipe by Alice Waters is to take it out of hte fridge for an hour and roast for an hour basically. But I can't even get inside to get the giblet bag out! I don't know if I can keep it in the refrigerator for another day and roast it tomorrow, or what. Please help me, I'm in way over my head but I don't want to waste it!!!!!
