How long do side effects last?!?

Well saturday I took the plan b pill at about three thirty and today is Wednesday and I feel a little nauseous but I only do whenever I think I might be pregnant so I might be paranoid but I'm cramping some and I am having some pain in my lower back..are these still side effects from the pill?
