7 weeks pregnant cramps?

I had sex with my husband Tuesday morning later in the afternoon I went to the bathroom when I wiped there was a little bright red blood that was it then Wednesday night I had a cloudy brownish discharge but not alot. Have had some cramps but nothing to bad. Is everything okay.
