Interview at Red Lobster?

So I turned in my job application on tuesday and was told to come back at 3pm on wednesday (which is today). So I did, I think that everything went well and i took a personality test and then was interviewed. They said that they would get back to me shortly. What does this mean? Also, I had on blue eyeshadow and black eyeliner on the bottom of my eye. Would this jeopardize my chance, does it seem like I have the job. PEOPLE WHO WORKED AT RED LOBSTER GREATLY APPRECIATED! also, I am 17 years old =] thanks also, when do you think i will get a call back?
