Should i keep paying this guy to not tell?

At summer camp last week a Guy that hates me walked in on me changing out my trunks in a stall and I begged him not to tell anyone what he saw he said for 5 dollars a day I said OK then Monday he did it again I said wtf is your problem he said he would tell every one if I didn't pay him 10 I said my mom is wondering why I ask for 15 dollars everybody to go to the center and its only 5 bucks to get in he said have it by Tuesday or ill tell I didn't have it so he told every body I mean every body all the girls call me little **** or carrot **** and they keep saying all asains have small ***** and Wednesday. 2 girls pantsed me in the gym and everyone was espeted it. they probably put it on YouTube so today I went and it was the worst day I told the activity director he asked them what happened he told my mom I ran around the girls locker room nude and my mom yelled at me the ride home she still let my friend come over but dad was called on the phone he gave said I'm grounded until this school year starts and I'm.going to stay with him to learn my lesson next week about showing my self to others and I have apologize to them and the center he never believes me and he still punishs me like I'm 7 I'm 14 i have to clean his.house i probally will have to go to tje girls house and work off my dishonor like when i kicked a neighbors dogged when it attacked me i had to walk the dog and fed it,my mom is mad she said I can't go there again they wont even believe me I love going there now its all my fun I have like 1 daywith my friend he's the only one that belives me I wish hell stay longer my mom won't spank me if he's there?? I need advice please help me out no negative answers
