My water appears to have broken but tests show thats not the case. anyone have a similar situation?

OK don't mean to gross you out, but did you do the sniff test? Urine smells like ammonia and amniotic fluid is sorta sweet. If it continues and you lose more fluid from down there, go back to L&D. Make sure the nurse is testing what's coming out of your vagina and not what's left on the skin or undies.
