I need help i dont want to go to tutor because of a bad report card tutor is the worst?

what do i do if i did horrible on my report card and i lied to my parents and said i got 2 80s and 2 70s when rly i got 1 80 1 70 and 2 50s. my brother is in high school as well and we are suppose to pick up our report cards wednesday and once my parents see it itll be the end for me. and also if ur a parent no one cares wat u think
