How many words does your 15 month old say?

My son is 15 months today. He says mama, dada, baba (His sippy lol) doggie, down, daisy (Our dog), more, bite but says (bi or ba) hi, hey, here. Some of them I don't think he knows the meaning of. Is this normal?
