Afraid 1 1/2 year old is not as advanced as the other kids?

My daughter is very impatient and is very...(sorry, i know there is no such thing)..SPOILED! She will not talk either...no cup, eat, basic things she should be saying! She says momma dada and shut up! I'm teaching her not to say that though...People say i should read to her and let her look a books but she won't stay still long enough for me to do that....even if she's exhausted. What can i do to get her to communicate with me? I refused speech treatment a few months ago bc i wanted to give her some time where all kids are different but still nothing!
