11 month old, still not talking......?

My son will be 11 months old on the 23rd of june. He doesn't say mama or dada or any other words. He just recently started crawling with his belly off the floor just not even a week ago. He pulls himself up onto furniture but does not try to walk around it. He doesn't understand putting objects into containers. Nor up down or side to side. To me he seems to have the developmental skills of a 6 or 7 month old. Should there be a problem or should I be worried? He has repetitive body movements like holds his hand in front of his face and twists his wrist around and around for like 5 minutes. I've been looking into Autism someone please tell me its just in my head or should we really look into it.
